e - passport

I already receive my E – passport from LBC courier that I processed last Feb. 25, 2010 at the DFA manila.

It’s very easy to renew a passport no need to apply in a traveling agency for their assistance.

1^st

I fill up form online at the dfa website for the schedule of my appointment.

2^nd

I prepared my requirements

Green Passport or issued after 01 May 1995

Present passport and photocopy of inside and back cover.

The pages showing latest Bureau of Immigration departure and arrival stamps.

For illegitimate minor, personal appearance of mother is required

3^rd

I download the MRP forms from DFA website and fill it up. (MRP forms are the form also used for E- passport)

4^th

I went to the DFA for my appearance, submit my requirements and application forms and pay the processing fee. (2- 3 hours)

 

Passport Fees

 

Regular Processing (MRP) Machine-Readable Passport

44-page = Php 500.00

Regular Processing (ePass) Electronic Passport Passport

44-page = Php 950.00

Expedite Processing

Additional Php 250.00

Replacement of Lost Valid Passport

44-page = Php 700.00

 

5^th

I present my receipt and pay 100 pesos at the LBC booth for the delivery of my passport.
